Yes. For exterior work, such as siding installation, we recommend that you take down any pictures/artwork you have hanging on the interior walls and to remove any delicate items from your shelves.
Yes. We remove all existing siding and get the debris out of the way. Our siding installation team will always clean up so that your property is left clean.
We recommend moving your vehicles and other items away front he location where the work is being performed. Our crew will do regular clean-ups to keep your property as neat as possible. Upon completion of the job, our crew will complete a final clean-up, including a magnetic nail sweep around the areas that we have worked.
The siding is designed to take the brunt of the water. The moisture barrier/house-wrap, along with flashing and window tape will stop water from reaching the wall cavity.
Our crew will go to great lengths tarping your landscaping to prevent any damage. Sometimes plants may experience damage if they are obstructing the work area.
Yes, but all areas requiring work (e.g. wood rot) will be brought to the homeowner’s attention before any out-of-scope work is started.
Unlike other providers, we will remove all rotten wood and replace it appropriately, ensuring the integrity of your home. This will result in extra charges that the homeowner will be made aware of before beginning the work.
We offer a two-year workmanship warranty issued from the date of completion of your siding job. For warranties on the materials we use, please refer to the manufacturer’s website from our “Partner Suppliers” page.
Yes. We have $1 million in general liability insurance as well as worker’s compensation insurance and disability insurance; all required in the state of NY.
